【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedforallinfraredspectroscopistswhoareusingdispersiveinstrumentsforqualitativeorquantitativeareasofanalysis.Thepurposeofthispracticeistosetforthperformanceguidelinesfortestinginstrumentsusedindevelopingananalyticalmethod.Theseguidelinescanbeusedtocompareaninstrumentinaspecificapplicationwiththeinstrument(s)usedindevelopingthemethod.Aninfraredproceduremustincludeadescriptionoftheinstrumentationandoftheperformnaceneededtoduplicatetheprecisionandaccuracyofthemethod.1.1Thispracticecoversthenecessaryinformationtoqualifydispersiveinfraredinstrumentsforspecificanalyticalapplications,andespeciallyformethodsdevelopedbyASTMInternational.1.2Thispracticeisnottobeusedasarigoroustestofperformanceofinstrumentation.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
