【摘要】:ThispartofBS7291specifiesgeneralrequirementsforthermoplasticspipesand/orfittingsintendedforusewithindomesticbuildings,orfordomesticpurposesinotherbuildings,forconveyanceofwater,underpressure,fordistributionofhotandcoldwater,includingdrinkingwater,andforcirculationofhotwaterforheatingpurposes.Thepipesand/orfittingsareclassifiedaccordinglyinTable1.DetailsofspecificapplicationsandserviceconditionsaregiveninTable2.Thisspecificationisapplicabletorigidorflexibleplainpipes,orpipesincorporatingapolymericbarriertoinhibitgaspermeabilitythroughthepipewallandhavinganominaloutsidediameteruptoandincluding110mm.NOTE1Methodsoftestandguidanceonqualitycontroltestingaregiveninannexes.NOTE2OtherpartsofBS7291specifyadditionalrequirementsforpipesand/orfittingsmanufacturedfromspecificthermoplasticsmaterials.TheyshouldbereadinconjunctionwiththispartofBS7291.NOTE3ReferencetopressureinthispartofBS7291meansgaugepressureunlessotherwisestated.
