【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesthegeneralrequirementsfortheinvitroamplificationofnucleicacidsequences(DNAorRNA).Itisapplicabletothetestingoffoodstuffsandisolatesobtainedfromfoodstuffsforfood-bornepathogensusingthepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).TheminimumrequirementslaiddowninthisInternationalStandardareintendedtoensurethatcomparableandreproducibleresultsareobtainedindifferentlaboratories.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenestablishedforfood-bornepathogensinorisolatedfromfoodandfeedmatrices,butisalsoapplicabletoothermatrices(e.g.environmentalsamples)andforthedetectionofnon-pathogenicmicroorganisms.
