【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodologythatallowspostaloperatorstodefinespecificstatementsofmailingsubmissioncustomisedaccordingtotheirenvironmentandapplications.Thedocumentdefinesinformationrequirementsforexistinggenericpostalinformationprocessingapplicationsrelatedtomajorpostalfunctions,namelyoperations,financeandmarketingbyspecificallyidentifyingtheinformationthatcouldbecollectedwithinthemailer’sdomainandtransmittedtothepostaldomain.Inaddition,thisdocumentdefinestheorganisationofdataintomessagesbydescribingdatacontent,formatandcommunicationprotocolsuitableforcommunicationofdataoriginatinginthemailer’sdomain.Thespecificationalsoprovidesadetailedanalysisandrecommendationsforimplementingapplication-levelsecuritythreatsandcountermeasuresparticularlyrelevantforpostalrevenueprotectionincontrolledmailentrysettings.Finally,thisdocumentprovidesseveralexamplesofconcretestatementsofmailingsubmissionsandanexampleofasecurecommunicationprotocolrecommendedfortransmissionofsuchstatements.
